I am having an issue with the Speech in MRL. MRL seems to respond just fine for the first couple of minutes but then does not respond at all and I have to restart mrl. Refreshing the browser does not help. I think it has something to do with it try to search online for answers and then gets hung – I’m not sure… I’ll add more details later. If anyone has any similar experience and found a solution, then please help – thanks in advance.
Hi. Which version of MRL are you running. I am not sure if it is the same on older versions but, on the latest version the mic turns of of a few minutes without speech ( to reduce false commands I presume) you have to click on the mic icon then speak. Hope that helps. Warren
Starting with MRL_Nixie, the WebKitSpeechRecognition allows for a wake work that can be used to restart the Speech Recognition. That would be a feature in Inmoov2. Wake words are not supported in the Manticore version.
