HEY I WANT TO ASK THE SERVO Hitec HS805BB IS QUITE EXPENSIVE AND EVER OUT OF STOCK CAN YOU SUGGEST ME AN ANOTHER SERVOS WICH CAN BE IN USE AND IF NOT PLEASE PROVIDE THE LINK OF Hitec HS805BB WHEN CAN I BUY + LINK
There are a number of servos out there, most of which haven’t been tested by builders. I have found the PDI-6221MG servos 20Kg to be great, but they are a standard size servo, so smaller than the Hitec HS805BB and slightly less torque which is around 23Kg You can find on Thingiverse adaptors for the standard size servos to fit into the giant size mounts. There are other servos out there with more torque like the FEICHAO F39202-270° it has plenty of torque, a great solid gearbox, but is slower and I’m not so sure about the electronics with one that burnt out a driver and strange responses on a couple of others. If you find a good one, please let us all know. Ray
