Been working on the head. I’ve heavily modified it fixing the lower jaw.
I have then split it into a front shell and a back shell. The two fix together with magnets. The back is fixed to the rear bracket . The eyes are fixed into the front. I’m going to put lights in the slot for the mouth which will light up when he speaks ( no idea how that will work yet)
All sections are epoxied together then everything is sanded and blended together. Then sprayed with 2 pack high build primer. I’ve re designed the ears. I might add eyebrows. Haven’t decided on the final design yet
