I am new to this forum and to robotics though I have had a lifetime interest.
After getting a 3d Printer for Christmas it opened up a whole new world to me.
I have built a different version of the arm then found the Inmoov site.
Wow.
I have just completed the right hand and forearm and successfully installed the software and got it to work. I have now ordered the servo’s for the bicep and will start printing tonight.
Being from a technical background over 45 years it is fascinating to see the changes and now become a part of it.
I have a blog on autonomous vehicles ( automatedvehicles.blogspot.com.au) which is rapidly becoming more about robotics and AI and gives me an outlet if anyone is interested.
I am super impressed with the quality of the work I have seen so far from the inmoov itself to the software. This is a most impressive, well thought out and interesting project I have ever attempted.
I will post pictures and details as I progress but thank you for the opportunity to build something as great as this without having to re-invent the wheel.
