Nice looking base. How does it work? Do you have a video of it moving around?

Nice works, Makus! I see lots of applications for these touch sensors, giving a robot the sense to “feel” is huge.

I have added a new part to the Eye Mechanism that will allow adjustment of the eyes if need.

Good idea, Gael, about an adjustment to prevent cross eyes. I have designed a new part that will allow for that adjustment. I have added it to the STL’s on Thingiverse.

I printed out the new “Speaker Ears” and mounted some speakers in them – much better sound than I had before. Not sure about the look but they are growing on me. The speakers I used were USB powered but I changed them so they are powered from the batteries running the robot.
Here’s a video I made of a “system check” script I…[Read more]

Hi Gael, Yes. When you click share on your You Tube Video, it gives you that .http://youtu.be/…#. Copy that and paste it in the comments box. When you post your comments the video is attached.

I have found that by using “copy and paste” into the text box is the easiest way to post You Tube videos. It is unfortunate that they are cut in half but by clicking on the name of who posted it, it takes you to the video. I too think that a lot of people look at the site but everyone leaves comments. I know I don’t comment on everything but I…[Read more]

Nice work! Is the coqated steel nylon doing a good job, doesn’t it strech? I ave never used that but it seems interesting.
-
Oh I see you have mounted the the hand on the wrong side of the wrist. Nothing bad technicaly, it is only for the eyes, I then feel like the hand isn’t correctly aligned with the forarm.
