Interesting design! I like the idea to set the servo horn within the pulley. They might be a bit too thick to fit under arm covers though… Let us know.

And good to now about the limited thickness. I will check this when all underarm parts are done. There is a easy way to save some hight if needed, I can include some holes for the two screws.

Just checked the hight and it fits fine.
