Finished interfacing InMoov’s right arm with MyRobotLab. Moving on to the left arm now.
Nice! you will need to add the palm hand covers to make sure the ring and pinky finger don’t fall downward like in your video. See link bellow: http://inmoov.blogspot.fr/2012/08/this-will-help-i-am-sure-about-it-there.html

Starting from the very beginning…the finger I suppose.
If you are a beginner even with Arduino, I recommand the Finger starter kit.

This is my temporary workshop (my frontroom) until the outside temp gets below 100'F (~2 more months). Two laptops, each with MyRobotLab install, linked for sharing modules/devices. My printer & lots of space.

A big hello from Brazil! I started with the InMoov-project two days ago. I guess my progress will be slow as all kinds of hardware necessary is not too easy to find here. I am using a brazilian made 3d printer, the Sethi3d. Glad to be here and to share all knowledge. Abraço!

Test completed on complete mount of the right hand and under arm. Showed it at a tech fair yesterday with lot of great comment. One guy wanted to give me his prothese and chance it for the Inmoov 😉
Ehehe, it’s good you got it completed. As you know I’m still working on the new hand for prosthesis purpose, although I still haven’t finished. Really lack of time unfortunatly.

Great moments. One very interesting thing I noticed through the various events I’ have attended, if the robot doesn’t move, people don’t even pay attention, they can walk right next to it and not even see it. At the moment the robot starts to move, it all of a sudden catchs the crowd
Almost finished all the 3D parts of the right hand, rotation wrist and servo bed. Excited to mound the first parts of the robot soon together.

It is funny, seen like this it looks like a sculpture. what do you plan to do with this reduced model?
will use it mostly for fitting the new cosmetic parts before I print the final one., also nice for testing painting the parts.

ThanksI i am using myrobotlab and i found a way so i dont have to confirm all the commands i can talk with the robot without it saying Did you say…… i still have to program what the robot should listen to an what it should answer
I got your reply, not sure if you got mine. I sure would be interested in being able to do that. Can you post or send me a sample of the script you use?
