cool ! Byt why put the metal stick so inside? Is there enough space for the neck servo?
I have looked at your build several times. And really like the top of the head painted black, it give Inmoov a distinctive look. Nice build Akash.

The laser-cutted pleural assembled with arms

10MM? I measured some .STL files and find they are 7.5MM . Maybe the pleural parts are 10MM ? Aluminum is too rigid to work with. Wood is fine and cheap.
Some parts are assembled by Laser-cutter-spares. The pleural parts are in whole , that save a lot of times.
Hight is 7.5MM
This is a cool idea. I’m thinking about trying this with aluminum. Any advice before I get started? Is 7.5mm correct? I thought these parts were 10mm, no?
