Hey, what filament works best for printing Inmoov. ABS or PLA?
I am using PETG, and really like the strength and finish that I’m getting. Mostly I like that it prints without odour or fumes, as I find ABS quite unpleasant to have printing in the same room where I am working.

Hello everybody. I haven’t been on in a while, 8th grade got a lot harder, but I am happy to say that I am almost done printing all of the pieces to the right arm. I am just waiting for Amazon to stock back up on HK15298B servos. I will share my results as soon as I am done assembling the full arm. Good luck to you all, Grant
Fantastic! Keep us updated when you receive your servos.

Hey guys, I had a question about the finger sensor file. Is it only for one finger (and if so which one) or multiple and is it only used for the top of the finger or the entire thing? Thanks!

Hey I had a question. What type of touch sensors are used in the finders? I want to add some to the hand but I can’t find any that would fit. Does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks!
Hi Grant, Currently it is a very basic sensor made of carbone foam. It is not very accurate. You can find information here under or make a search for all related info on the site using the search button.

Thanks Marten de Groot! I will probably start there. I have got the servos ordered.
Hi everybody I am new to the community and I hope to start my Inmoov on Friday. I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions on where to start. Thank you!
Hi Grant,
Welcome to the InMoovers 🙂
I think it’s good to start with the Finger Starter kit so you can start playing around with MyRobotLab during all other printer actions.
Have fun… 🙂
