Gaël LANGEVIN – French InMoov designer

Gael Langevin is a French sculptor and designer. He works for the biggest brands since more than 25 years.
InMoov is his personal project, it was initiated in January 2012 as the first Open Source prosthetic hand, it has lead to projects like Bionico, E-Nable, and many others.
InMoov is the first Open Source 3D printed life-size robot.
Replicable on any home 3D printer with a 12x12x12cm area, it is conceived as a development platform for Universities, Laboratories, Hobbyist, but first of all for Makers.
It’s concept, based on sharing and community, gives him the honor to be reproduced for countless projects through out the world.

Gael Langevin est un sculpteur et designer Français. Il travaille pour les plus grandes marques depuis plus de 25 ans. InMoov est son projet personel qu’il a initialisé en Janvier 2012 en tant que première prothèse Open source imprimée en 3D, qui donnera naissances à des projets comme Bionico, E-Nable, et beaucoup d’autre.
InMoov est le premier robot Open Source à taille humaine entièrement imprimé en 3d.
Répliquable sur n’importe quelle petite imprimante 3D avec une surface d’impression de 12x12x12cm, celui-ci est conçu comme une plateforme de développement autant pour les Universités, les Laboratoires que pour les Hobbyistes. Son concept basé sur le partage et la communauté, fait qu’il est déjà répliqué pour un bon nombre de projets partout à travers le monde.
