Finally making some real progress… just working on the wiring now to finish up the electronics. I’ve printed the new version of the arms and will be installing them next
Really good! Yes electronic connections can be time consuming.

Hello , where do you get these eyeballs that you use in the i2 head ?
They are 3D printed, same way than the older version. You can check the eye tutorial to see how to make them.

El servo que utilizo MG996R
Hola a todos ,me podrian ayudar . Tengo un problema con el servo boca se quema en unos dias funcionando . ¿Le ha pasado a alguin ?
Hello, MG995 and MG996R are not good enough for the jaw because it is very solicited, this is the reason in my tutorial I recommend a HK15298 or a PDI-JX6221. You can try reducing in Myrobotlab the autoDisable timing for the jaw servo.
thank you for your help and attention

I’ve printed out and assembled all the parts for the new i2 head aswell as the mold. What is being used for the skin?
I am still busy making the tutorial, I didn’t expect so many people already printing and assembling the i2Head. In my post there is the info you are looking for.

Good morning, I have made the demonstrator (finger starter) and I am going to move on to the next step: the hand. Thank you for this superb project which has been alive for over a decade. Well done !
Cool, let us see your next step when ever you are ready.

Hello Gael, it\’s been a while – hope you are well!!! I was wondering if you had a tutorial on connecting servos and building new i02 hand? Thank you kindly!!! Rob
I meant to add: I’m specifically looking for the version where the servos are built into the palm of the hand, not the forearm. I have seen the tutorial you have done on that already 🙂
Hello, I haven’t done a tutorial for the servos set within the palm. It is mainly the same as setting them in the forarm, only the pulleys are different as shown in i2Hand the pictures.
