@karthos Actif il y a 5 ans et 4 mois
So is there any estimate on how many complete/incomplete inmoovs there are in the world? seems like there are about 20 or so completed with videos on them and at least a few hundred being worked on that I can find documentation on so there are probably about 3-5K worldwide I am estimating? I am wondering how many nervos have been purchased. Afficher

    Just finished the left shoulder. This time I used JX – Servos. They have a solid metal gear and it\’s very easy to modify them.

      Nice ! I just passed my first test using external battery power and nervo board. Next step is finish the servo setup for the arm. For now I’m using the recommendation but let’s see if it’s difficult to extract the potentiometer. Will share video soon ! 🙂

        Actually i had a few servos sitting around from other projects and setting up the eye mechanism , jaw and neck also have the all cameras will be working more on that part next week , right now i am doing a crash course in myrobotlab which i wae not familiar with, i been using other programs , but so far no problem , trying to get the prints done…En afficher davantage

    This is my IOS programming environment
    I’m still making progress developing an iOS app to control a robot. Thank you Gael, InMoov is a great platform to do this kind of experiments.

      Looks Great, I am pretty much same spot as your are in the build. what did you use to hold down the cameraboard? the holes are tiny, I was thinking about some silicone to hold them in place but maybe the middle eye part will hold it down tight enough.

      I used a little hot glue to hold it in place on the corners.

    I wish there were an simple instructions going step by step. but things change so things end up being different a little here, and a little there.
    My question is . .I read and pick up bits here and there. and it seems I Need 2 Nervo and components one for each side.. But if I purchase 2 Nervo Boards with Components do I still need to purchase…En afficher davantage

    A little confused. This is the LeftCableHolderWristV5. I can’t see how this part is fitted. The tutorial says to glue this to the servo? but it appears to have mounting holes and what is the longer ‘tab’ for?

    However, when I run the .bat file it stops at this line

    Hi all, Just starting out with this exciting project. Had a \’cheap\’ 3D printer for Christmas and have finally calibrated it and printed the hand and forearm components. Setting up the Mega2560 and getting to grips with a bit of software. Im awaiting deliver in the InMoov PCB\’s 🙂 – I\’ll post some pics as soon as I figure out how. – Paul

      Good Luck Paul .. keep us updated to any issues you find that we should be aware of while building the arms. I’m just starting mine. but I started with the head 1st .. lol
