hk15288A or the hk15289B it really doesnt matter as long as they fit and have enough torque. And you will have to remove the pcb and pot from one of the servos and do the same as in the mid stomach, make one servo the slave of the other. But make sure one turns left and the other right, so swap the wires on the slave servo regarding polarity.

It is very important to use the Hexagon socket head cap screws – zinc-plated – DIN 912 – 12.9 screws, they have to be 12.9, because of of the distortion of the parts and the torque set on them through the gears and servos.

But all jokes aside, they are just regular M8 bolts, nothing special. With a bit of research you should be able to find that…[Read more]

    • Well okay then I will have them manually manufactured by a special craftsmen we have in town with zinc-plated titanium.:D

I agree, put the unzipped map of mrl in C:mrl and not any way different.
check with cmd: java -version and if that is the right one you must adapt the config files in the inmoov folder to your needs, e.g.:head -true or false, left arm-true or false , right arm -true or false, pir and so on.
    Next do start_inmoov.bat
when finished and you hear a…[Read more]

I would suggest you head over to myrobotlab.org and ask the guys there. They can absolutely help you with your troubles. Another option would be if we would do remote connection tohelp you. If you want i could help you with that and get your mrl up and running in no time. I am sure the mrl works, i installed it just yesterday on a raspi and a…[Read more]

yes, But i dont know where you look, but if you look under tutorials you will see the sub section HEAD, there is all info needed on the head. But you will have to do your research.

A part if building an inmoov is learning to think DIY, to do your research and to read everything there is on a website before beginning.

  • Wilco Van Toorn posted a new activity comment 6 years, 2 months ago

If you have questions, please ask them in the forum/google group.
But you really should look a bit closer to the build yours section. All the questions you ask here are pretty easy to find in the tutorial section.

  • Wilco Van Toorn posted a new activity comment 6 years, 2 months ago

The software that is used in the inmoov is called myrobotlab. It can be downloaded here under the tab build yours, how to start myrobotlab. For more info on the software you can go to http://www.myrobotlab.org and there you can find more info on the software. For the servos, just read through the bicep tutorial, it also applies to the hk15338. Also check…[Read more]

    Begin september

  • Wilco Van Toorn posted a new activity comment 6 years, 3 months ago

It has a build platform of 220x220x250 so that is sufficient for the inmoov project. There are some big parts in the leg section, but you can always cut them in half in slic3r and print them in 2 pieces and glue them afterwards. Thats what i did an i have a 300x300x300 printbed.

  • Working on making pdf’s to download and check the files you already printed.
Going to make them the same as in the build yours category. This example is from the bicep.
Others will follow in a short while.

  • Wilco Van Toorn posted a new activity comment 6 years, 3 months ago

Your welcome Timothy, and trust me i know the feeling. Printing alwayas takes too much time, get ready for the legs, they are pretty awesome to print….
most times M3 x 30 will work, some have to be shorter, M3 x 10 and M3 x 20 but with the M3 x 30 you will have most luck. And beware that the heads of the screws need to be taper, like in the…[Read more]

The nuts and bolts isnt by numbers, its mostly whats available in hardware stores near you , and also most holes in the inmoov are 3mm, but again its what you can find. 3.5 will work also, the us system i dont know, but you can convert them quite easily. if needed just redrill the holes a bit bigger. most…[Read more]

Hi Frank, the webshop should be open again around the 3th week of august.
    Sorry for the inconvenience.

  • Wilco Van Toorn posted a new activity comment 6 years, 3 months ago

You can use whatever filament you want, just remember to calibrate your printer perfectly, if you do, no sanding and filing needed on any part.

  • Wilco Van Toorn posted a new activity comment 6 years, 3 months ago

The webshop is currently closed. If im not mistaken, the shop will be back open i believe aurond half of august. Then the nervoboards will be back online.

  • Wilco Van Toorn posted a new activity comment 7 years ago

Watch your acceleration speeds, looks like they are too fast. If in doubt, slow down on speeds. And if your printer isnt properly calibrated the corners will be not sharp as yours arent. That can be tweaked with accel speeds and jerk in the eeprom settings. Also it depends onwhat printer you have. But 80mm/s infill is pretty fast. Start with slow…[Read more]

    • Sir I’m using Anet A8 printer with Cura software. As you told Sir, the corners are not sharp and nozzle temperature was bit high. Sir which slicing software you recommend me to use and also can you give me your slicer settings so that I will try them to get better understanding of 3d printer.
