Just finished the left shoulder. This time I used JX – Servos. They have a solid metal gear and it\’s very easy to modify them.

Nice ! I just passed my first test using external battery power and nervo board. Next step is finish the servo setup for the arm. For now I’m using the recommendation but let’s see if it’s difficult to extract the potentiometer. Will share video soon ! 🙂

Hi all, I already have a 3d printer in my possession and it is closed. I would like to mount immoov, but first I wanted to know which part I should print first (if you can pass me a link) and apart from the parts that other things would need, I mean cables, motors … With what material you recommend me to print.

Hello, You could start with the Finger Starter and then go on with the hand. All info about materials are on the Hadware and BOM page or on the tutorial pages.

Hi community 🙂 quick update on my progress. Time to work on the nervo board, really close to do my first test powering with external battery 6V 12A … hope not going to burn it 🙂
It’s fun when you see your own robot start to move. Almost like it’s coming to life for the first time. Be sure to share some video once you’ve made some more progress.

Hello, The webGui has never been really working under Manticore 1.0.2693. There is many missing functions. I really recommand to use the swinGui instead.

Hello,I am working on inMoov and had completed it but still i face the issue of loosening of thread going through finger, i didnt find any issue doing it first but over time of a week or two thread gets loose. Can anyone help?
Hello, did you set the springs to avoid that effect? As explained in the tutorial, the springs are meant to keep tension in the fingers when it gets loose rather than pulling at all time.

Hello, am new here. I\’m now working almost 2 weeks on InMoov, the torso part. It\’s very cool and I learn a lot. I have a question about the InMoov Map on this site, does it still works? The reason that I ask this is that the methode mentioned in the video doesn\’t work and is outdated. I want to be added to the Map.

Only these leds will light up when the Nervo Board is powered but not connected to a PC via the Arduino. Apparently looking at your photo, you do not have these 4 optional leds soldered. Yes. It’s a COM3 (I had checked in Device Manager). I currently test on the Neck part, which are pin 12 and 13 only, but the servo doesn’t response. I shows that the connection succeed for the Arduino by the way. I wonder, just maybe, is it the problem of the connection/wiring/soldering?
It’s odd, there is not much that can go wrong with the soldering, beside making a bad shortcut. Which you would have seen the smoke.
I suspect the ribbon cables in the male headers. Maybe a ribbon cable inverted between the two end points headers.
Do you have a voltmeter? You can test to see if the power is going to the servo from the XT60…[Read more]
