Nope,,,, HS-805BB are the cheapest out there for their size,,, prices are all over the place with servos-,, have a look at quite a few web-shops before buying- you should be paying around $35usd for them- but check out the “postage cost” before buying ,,,

Try these ones, they are the same as the HS-805’s but only $27 USD.

for the large servos I strongly recommend using heat-up fuses so it stops the current before burning up the servo. I anyway had expected that these servos would come with overload protection but the manufacturers seem to like them burning out …

If you will use MyRobotLab, then Python is good, so that you can use the services that already exists. If you want to develop new or change services, you need to learn Java. So my advice is start with Python, then move on to Java. Both Java and C++ are object oriented languages. Since you already know C++ you have a very good start.

yep… Colorfabb is great stuff, iv tried every brand/type out there ,, i do a lot of printing,,, In Australia i use « Blueprinted » filaments which is pretty good quality for a cheap filament Colorfabb is hard to get here and its bloody expensive..
I only use PLA you would surprised how tough the stuff when printed correctly – you wont have any…En afficher davantage

That is awesome. No tensioning spring is the best feature! I guess you could add a tension spring like you had in your single finger tutorial.

It’s very interesting to see how you managed the wrist servo, I guess we could add a second servo for wrist abduction. That would be a great extra feature. (Hand Mini breakout Nervo Boards and Nervo boards would need to be transformed and all scripts and gestures as well though…)
